Nothing happening in the property market – think again!
Many people and so called “market commentators” think the property market is dead with nothing happening. This is simply not true, there has been a significant uplift in interest since last September which has continued into the New Year. When properties are correctly priced mortgage approved and cash buyers are prepared to enter the market and in a number of cases “bid competetively” above the asking price to secure the property.
